The Challenge

A premium burger brand
Zero Thailand presence

Salsa Burgers — a smash burger concept focused on premium ingredients and bold flavour — wanted to test the Bangkok market before making a full operational commitment. The question was straightforward: can this concept generate real revenue in Bangkok, and how quickly?

The conventional path would have taken 4–6 months: find a kitchen space, negotiate a lease, register a Thai company, hire local staff, activate delivery platforms. By the time you have data, you've spent ฿500,000+ and six months of founder time.

The NC Global path was different. The cloud kitchen was already running. The delivery accounts were already active. The local team was already in place. The only variable was the brand.
